It is perfectly situated just behind the Railyard Historical District only one block from the famous Guadalupe Church. Our Agua Fria Artesia Casita is within walking distance to the Plaza, and one block from the Railyard where you can find great shopping, activities, and of course amazing food! The railyard is home to Santa Fe's only Farmers Market! King beds, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown retreat! \*\*\*This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. One of the top two that we've ever stayed at. The first impression is the grounds which were pristine. It's a great indication of what lies ahead inside. The home is lovely! It's laid out well for two couples. The bathrooms are the bomb. Large showers, great lighting and room to move about. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room in the closets for storage. My only suggestion might be to put something mirrored on the kitchen wall so when cooking and washing you can feel more with the group in the living area! This wonderful home is close to everything! Both rooms had king beds and bathrooms. Split layout was perfect for privacy. House had anything you could possibly need. Check in was a breeze. Everything was well organized from start to finish. The outdoor space could use some cleaning and the bbq grill listed on the website was not there. The onsite management did bring us one. There was also leftover cooked food in the oven which should have been taken care of by housekeeping. Also, just some kitchen basics like salt & pepper and sugar would be good.
