"Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Die Kombination von Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Platz für viele Personen. Man kann einen Großteil der Fensterfront öffnen und hat ca. 6m Durchgang in den sehr schönen Garten. Der Ausblick ist herausragend. Es gab fast keinen Schiffsverkehr und die Flugzeuge sind nahezu nicht zu hören gewesen (nachts kein Verkehr). In jedem Raum gibt es feste Fensterläden, so dass wir abgedunkelt die...

"We had a group of 7 friends stay for 3 nights in this quiet country home tucked away in the mountains. It was a good spot for our large with beautiful landscape and great stargazing nights. Andrew communicated clearly the instructions for arriving to the house from the airport and we kept in touch as needed. "The house was spotless and a good location to get on highway. It was near the airport and could hear planes landing and taking off but did not hear planes after 11 p m. The owner lives in lower level and was very nice but did not speak much English and I do not speak Portuguese so checking in was a little complicated. I liked the location it was not as busy as Funchal and overlooked the mountains. The island is spectacular and would definitely recommend a stay on this island. "

"La casa estaba genial, comoda y muy bien ubicada y con entretenimiento para los niños. La unica pega es que entraban al recinto de la casa porque aparecian movidas las cosas en el jardín cuando alquilas una casa esperas que nadie entre salvo que necesites algun tipo de ayuda durante la estancia."

The villa and its pool are perfect for a completely relaxing and private hideaway with friends at the beautiful island of madeira. we already miss our time there dearly and will for sure come back one day!"

The ocean saltwater pools, sun deck with service next to heated pool … staff very kind and friendly, they treated me like a king. The view and rhythmic gentle crashing of wave on the cliff below. The sunrise and sunset here is … calming to soul. Very clean and kept resort. Flowers and grass. Close to airport and town is just a short walk Highly recommend this resort. "

"What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. "All meals were very good, food was replenished before it was needed so it was always fresh. There was always a good variety, and it seemed to have a good variety of vegan options (I am not vegan). Drinks were served in smallish glasses but they use quality alcohol. No waitstaff in at the pool or in the bar, but that may have been because of the time of year. Our room was clean and spacious with a very large balcony and a great shower and very comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned early in the day. A couple days before arrival I received an email th check in. During the process you are asked the time of arrival. We were arriving at 8:30 am we got to the resort and our rooms were ready and waiting for us! They have a free shuttle to take you to Funchal 3 times a day. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is huge and well maintained. Highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"Excellent hotel stay I had in recent Years. Best location. Lovely sea view Rooms. Superb swimming pool spa facilities. Lovely staff at every point of your stay. Excellent Breakfast varieties, good affordable restaurant for lunch time. Great dinner buffet options. Great location and lot to explore by walking around the Hotel, if you are looking to stay away from Funchal main city centre this is the one. Hardly 10 min drive or €13 euro Bolt Taxi to the Funchal city, € 9 Bolt taxi to the airport. Lot of Madiera experience tour pick up options from the Hotel. Definitely I would recommend this for any family. Loads of Kids playing options. Who ever opts in this Hotel would not regret it. Thank you again The View Oasis Hotel staff for making our stay lovely memorable one. We would definitely would come back again…"
