I wish they have a better ‘gym’ and not only 2 treadmills plus 2 elliptical. No weights at all. Pool not so good The hotel is new and stylish. Room is really nice with a great bed and linens. Staff is really helpful and warm. Food is good, especially burgers and meats. The complimentary amenities and water in the guest room could improve in order to improve guest satisfaction. They should also offer complementary water, coffee or tea at the reception during checkin or checkout. The pool area is not so good, and could be better equipped and clean. Its a little away from the malls and other shopping store, but it is worth it! The hotel have beautiful art located at the entrance and around the restaurants and lounge. Staff is over the top very polite and aware of every detail, they are very hospitality friendly! The pool is on level 20 and the view is so breath taken even at night. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms overlooking the forest are worth the upgrade. The staff was very nice and attentive. They honored our Expedia VIP perks and went beyond that to make us happy. The restaurant was awesome. They have many choices on the menu and very good food. Saturday Brunch was phenomenal. Our servers were Richard and David and they really showed they know about customer service. But everyone was nice and they all worked like a team. They had some live music which sounded nice, but it would have been better if it wasn't so loud in the lobby area.
