Remodeled kitchen, WiFi Big Screen TV and a private back patio with a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaways! Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered parking for 1 car, dirt parking for additional car. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Capitola Breeze Condo (Listing# 1469178) is right next door and sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios can connect through a gate in the back fence (which can be opened if renting both units). Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was such a treat! The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. In the heart of Capitola

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s condo for the Capitola Beach Festival 2024. It was so nice to be in walking distance to everything and not have to worry about parking or traffic. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in our future.

Family surf trip

Lovely condo in the heart of Capitola, walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to all our favorite surf spots. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and it has parking!!! Only downside no laundry.

Very clean, high ceiling, spacious and sunny. Super comfortable bed. Covered parking, which is a godsend in Capitola. Straight out the front door and you are a short walk to all the frontage restaurants. Excellent property at a fair price.

This property was charming and located right by the beach and right by plenty of dining options and a ton of shopping. We were there during the Capitola Beach Festival… and we were perfectly located to join in or to even watch it all from the living room window. It was perfect for our group of four… Though it sleeps more. The owner/host was so helpful and very nice to deal with. We will definitely go back if we want to say right in that area and we would recommend it to anyone.

Duplex at Capitola Beach

We rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Would definitely do it again. Units had everything we needed, and they are located across the street from a wonderful beach and a block away from Capitola Village. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. The host Jennifer played an important role in our great satisfaction.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds

We loved the living room view of the ocean, especially at sunrise! The garage parking was so convenient. We walked over the bridge to dozens of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The pier entrance was across the street. The home was well appointed with sufficient towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies, as well as board games/puzzles. My son requested to move into the home permanently!

Great Location!

Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying in this condo...or letting the men and boy come, and stay in Jennifers condo next door too.

150 steps to the beach was not an exaggeration! It was amazing to be that close!The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect beachy vibe for our trip.With 3 kids under 6, we appreciated the back patio area, and a well- stocked kitchen and a great barbecue for our meals. That meant cocktails at one of the many restaurants right down the street. Communication was perfect with Jennifer. We are already planning our next visit!

What a perfect condo for our weekend trip to Capitola! The views of the ocean and town from the living room window was fantastic. Walked to town, Shadowbrook, beach and wharf… perfect location! Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, easy check in, beautiful back patio, all the kitchen needs and more!! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
