    From the moment you walk onto the property, you will feel spoiled by all the little touches that make this stylish farmhouse cottage feel like the ultimate dream escape. Centrally-located and less than a mile from the beach. Just a quick walk to the farmers market, then create a delicious meal in the well thought out kitchen. Our perfect weather let's you enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining area. Perfect for guests who work remotely. No animals at all times. Owner has severe allergies ADA protection

    Other Things to Note:
    • Must be over 25 years of age to book
    • Only registered guests. Unless otherwise approved
    • Must provide all guest's names
    • ABSOLUTELY NO PETS $1000 fine if this rule is broken
    •ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
    • NO smoking on the property
    • Must sign a rental agreement
    • Sorry no incoming mail
    • Video cameras are on the exterior facing outward

    Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.

Charming Santa Cruz Home

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet Fully appointed home. Really loved spending time on the deck outside. It’s like having another room. The host was very helpful to allow us to extend our stay by another week. Would definitely stay here again.
