Our 1914 farmhouse is situated on a private street, a half mile from some of the best "locals" beaches in Santa Cruz. Walk or ride bikes to parks, coffee shops, and a local farmer's market. Inside the home you are greeted with a cosy living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The newly remodeled kitchen, with chef level appliances, looks out on a the pristine black bottom pool and deck. A gas barbeque, firepit and outdoor dining table make gathering outside with family or friends a special occasion. On the second floor you'll find three bedrooms, one queen (in the "tower" room, with a fireplace) and two doubles. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Quirky nooks and crannies, hardwood floors and heirloom antiques give this house its unique character.
