Immediately feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

Our “go-to” stay in Capitola

We’ve stayed here numerous times and never disappointed. You can walk to most places in Capitola. It is always clean, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. I even noticed some new and updated decor. The kitchen is also nicely set up it you need to do any cooking.

Lovely home & great location

This Capitola home was the perfect place to stay. Right across the street from the beach and all the charming shops. My family of 4 enjoyed this location as we were able to jump around to Santa Cruz and Monterey easily and enjoy downtown Capitola. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy meals together. My kids also loved the game closet which was nice for a family fun evening after the beach or trips out.

Everything you could want or need for a relaxing weekend in Capitola. Jennifer is quick to respond with questions. The home is so comfy and beautifully appointed. Proximity to beach and town is so convenient ! Our 2nd year and I hope many more. Margaitaville restaurant drinks and food were fab!

Relaxing and perfect location

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our friends for 3 nights. It was easy to find with two parking spots (which is priceless in beach towns). The home was beautifully done and very spacious for 4 adults and 5 kids under 7. There is a back patio that is very private and a balcony at the front to enjoy morning coffee and people watch. The location was perfect being only a short walk to the beach or restaurants or shopping. We used our car one time when we first got there to go to Knob Hill for groceries…That was it! We had plenty to do with kids with in walking distance. The host Jennifer was amazing and quickly responded to any questions. My husband left his AirPods in the bedroom and didn’t realize until after we left. I let the host know, the cleaning staff found them and Jennifer mailed them back to us!!! A+ for sure. You must stay here if you are traveling to Capitola!!
