Spacious four-room flat with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large garden, and a view of the Sassolungo, located in a quiet area of the centre of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. Its magnificent view of the Dolomites of Trentino-South Tyrol, also enjoyed from the spacious garden, pairs perfectly with the exquisite Tyrolean furnishings inside. The kitchenette in the living room is equipped with a coffee machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Three bedrooms (one of which is only accessible from the outside and has a small kitchen, adjoining living room, bathroom, and its own external access), 3 bathrooms (all with showers), a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, 4 flat-screen satellite TVs, and FREE Wi-Fi. Additionally, it has a heated ski storage for the winter, which can be used as a bike and MTB storage in the summer. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: Adults (from 14 years): 6 The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
