The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bright bathrooms – one equipped with bathtub, washbasin, WC, and bidet, and the other with shower, washbasin, and WC – a spacious living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, and a large furnished south-facing terrace with a wonderful view of the Sassolungo and Castel Gardena. The kitchen corner is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and much more. The beautiful south-facing terrace with Sassolungo view is furnished and accessible both from the living room and from one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge. It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
