Nicely appointed upstairs unit in my favorite spot when in Santa Barbara. Large enough for two couples or a family . Easy walk to the Harbor , good restaurants and shopping . This villa was perfect for our group of 4 and the location is amazing! Great amenities and plenty of comfortable seating. We walked everywhere, hardly moved our car. Not the warmest welcome, which was an email with multiple pages of repetitive rules, including warnings not to let the kitchen counters get wet or to put hot things on them.
