It's well appointed with luxurious furniture and a very useful kitchen. The cart with beach toys and chairs in the garage was tremendously helpful. Best of all, the location is so conveniently walkable everywhere we wanted to go (e.g. State Street, Funk Zone, beach). Set in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous old trees, we could walk to the beach, cook together on the old Wedgewood stove, and lounge outside. House was just as described with a wonderful outdoor space. Opted to rent bikes through property management and they were great about delivering them. Very attractive inside and out and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Nice patio out back looking over the back yard with multiple orange and lemon trees. The location is great - an easy walk to the beach or to shops/restaurants. The home is really beautiful but does have some quirks - to be expected perhaps with an older home. There is very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, so everyone ended up showering in the first floor bathroom. The upstairs bed was quite firm. The wooden stairs are beautiful but very slippery. Our stay included not one, but two, slips down the stairs - one in socks and one barefooted. Please be careful! ##### Gina W. Minutes to beach, McConnells Ice Cream and 6-7 minutes to State Street Marina and it’s attractions are also a short walk away Even the instructions for access are personalized. House is close to 100 years old so expect what comes with that. That said everything was functional. Back yard can use a clean up and refresher of outdoor seating and outdoor table and cushions. The gardens, big windows bringing in lots of sunlight, and the private yard with orange and lemon trees to enjoy were a big bonus. A very walkable neighborhood and near both the waterfront and Funk Zone. Dart Coffee and Blue Door Antiques were favorites and very nearby. We could hear the trains as the tracks are just a couple blocks away and the highway noise as well when outside but inside the house was very quiet.
