The unit was perfect for our group. It was very spacious and clean. The location is great. It is in walking distance to the beach, the pier and several great restaurants. We definitely recommend it and will come back the next time we are in Santa Barbara! ##### Paul A. It was absolutely spotless, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. There is a ton of closet space and storage, lovely decor, comfortable beds & bedding, and lots of gorgeous light coming in through the windows. Having the casita/separate apartment was so perfect. The location is fantastic. So close to great food, great coffee, the beach and activities. We took part in a boat tour and the location was a just a few minutes walk away. We managed to lock ourselves out and the representative from Haller Homes was so quick to respond. So gracious, professional and kind too! We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of our favorites. We rarely rebook places as we like new experiences, but we will definitely be back! Villa is nicely located within walking distance to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood seemed quiet.
