We loved EVERYTHING about this place! The little loft was a perfect place for our 4th grade boys to enjoy while we came to complete their Mission Project and see Old Santa Barbara Mission. I went to UCSB so I'm familiar with SB and surrounding areas so I was excited to see this was a PERFECT SPOT before booking you can't find a better spot. You can walk to everything and it's perfect. The pictures do not do this place JUSTICE. It is SO CUTIE! The decor, comfy beds, clean bathroom and cute little courtyard surrounding the house was perfect for morning coffee before we hit the mission and beach! The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Everything was clean and in good condition. Loved the closeness to the town center and shops. A mirror wasn’t secured on the wall very well and fell and broke after bumping into it. Which was a bummer. But, it didn’t ruin my stay. Will definitely stay here again given a chance. And would recommend it to anyone who’s willing to wash their own sheets and dishes. ##### Vanessa B.
