Access to the beach is just two blocks away at the end of Mesa Lane. This tranquil community is renowned for its walkability, coastal proximity with stunning views, relaxed vibe, and friendly locals. The thoughtfully designed home is steeped in cool coastal colors, and built around a central patio, connecting the main living area and private primary suite wing. Beneath a bistro lit pergola, this central patio is a hub for outdoor gatherings and lingering under the stars after hours. Chaise lounges and a built-in barbecue with granite counters enhance the alfresco experience. Set up a taco bar, a cocktail station, or grill up prime steaks from Lazy Acres, where locals flock for gourmet finds, a great deli and bakery (try their cakes!), and curated sundries.
