Spacious Home near Downtown & Beach!
Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home, conveniently located a quick drive from Montecito, the Funk Zone, State Street, the Santa Barbara Zoo, and the beach. Grab a bite in Montecito less than a mile away or stay in and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. We offer a 65 inch flat screen TV with streaming apps, two outdoor patios, a BBQ, and board games for your entertainment. We are pet friendly (pet fee included).
It is a 3 bed 2 bath home with 1,200 sq. ft. and 2 fully fenced outdoor areas. Both couches fold out and can be slept on.
They can access the whole house. There is a back unit that is not accessible.
Very sensitive sleepers should please note that this property is located near the 101 freeway. We have installed extra thick dual pane windows to minimize freeway noise.
We are in close proximity to the 101 freeway. High chair and pack n play is available upon request.
