Host was responsive and very nice. It’s pretty small perfect for a couple. The room was complete with all the small things you may need. There were hangers, plenty of towels, a Keurig, candles, iPhone charger, and even a microwave. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Besides that we only relied on rideshare and a few times the driver did not want to drive up the hill. We had to walk down. The view was beautiful at night and watching sunrise in bed was awesome. This VRBO is simply amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. Inside and out, the VRBO is exactly as advertised, although in person it’s even more impressive. The space includes a mid sized refrigerator, a microwave, a small bar area, a queen bed, a flat screen tv, excellent air conditioning, although it’s Santa Barbara and you probably won’t need it, an amazing bathroom with a beautiful shower. Outside you can enjoy a private seating area with a view overlooking downtown Santa Barbara and the ocean. You’re also minutes from everything.
