The house is clean and well equipped with everything guests would need--soft towels, gourmet kitchen, extra bedding, and luggage racks. We loved the easy one-block walk to a beautiful dog-friendly beach with a cute restaurant and nearby hiking trails. The neighborhood is very quiet and nestled in wooded hills. Plus, it is only 10 to 15 minutes from all the attractions and restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara! We'd definitely stay there again.

Would highly recommend staying here. The location is great a short walk to the beach and only a 12 min. drive into town. The house was so lovely you felt bad leaving. It has everything you need and was super comfortable.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved the house, yard, and location. The kitchen is well stocked but would add baking sheet. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue w the fridge. Unfortunately a few days into our stay, construction on a two story auxiliary dwelling unit began behind the back fence which impacted our stay with noise and dirt as they were digging out the hill. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Lovely home and great location

The home has lovely decor and in a great quiet location. Convenient to downtown yet far enough away to be in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need to make it a home away from home but there's so many terrific places to go. I appreciated the bag of local coffee and wine, nice touch. The property management company was very responsive to issues raised.
