It was so close to the beach, marina, wharf and State Street. We loved walking to Jeannine's for breakfast and Brophy Brothers for dinner. The house provided comfortable beds and indoor living space along with front yard and back yard outdoor living space. Both the indoor and outdoor tables provided us with enough room for our family to dine and play games. We rented bikes for a few days and biked everywhere (we were able to store them in the garage) The house was perfect for my family while we were in Santa Barbara for a wedding.
