While we had a car... didn't need it or use it except for day trips. Beach chairs and towels very useful. Rooftop garden is lovely and while shared with other 2 units, was very private. The weekend was unseasonably rainy and cold, so plans for biking and hiking shifted to local theater and use of the rain gear we smartly brought!. Gave us a good excuse to hunker down and enjoy the two fireplaces and covered porch. The location (and rental car) afforded us to either walk or to drive to our targeted activities. Quality and comfort - - - all the comforts of "home away from home". Our parade was definitely not rained on, just rerouted! ##### Karen A.
