Surrounded by lush greenery and majestic cedar trees, along with unforgettable views of the beautiful Santa Barbara Mountains, the newly remodeled estate offers luxury details throughout. Adding to its appeal, the estate also offers irresistible amenities: pool house next to the pool & jacuzzi, infrared sauna and cold plunge, fire pit, BBQ area, and a sport court complete with a basketball hoop and portable pickleball net.

This family-friendly, two-story home sits on 1 full acre and boasts 5 serene bedrooms (three of which are en-suite), 5 full baths and 2 half baths. In addition, there is a large chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a built-in refrigerator, and 2 dishwashers, a full pantry stocked with all of the amenities for a gourmet meal, a cozy family room with a TV, 5 fireplaces for chilly nights, a full laundry room, complete with 2 washers and 2 dryers, and a full bar, There are also oak hardwood floors throughout and beautiful designer touches to make you feel right at home.
