This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium offers an ideal location in the midst of one of Santa Barbara's now-famous urban neighborhoods. The home proudly occupies a front-row seat to all this area has to offer. Enter the house at street level from the attached garage, a rare commodity in this part of the city. Then, ascend the stairs to the main salon with vaulted ceilings, television, a supple grey leather sectional/sofa sleeper, and a fireplace that adds an element of warmth and coziness to the home.
