They have plenty of beach/pool towels as well as plenty of additional bath as well. Close to downtown, the beach, and grocery store. Nicely remodeled with comfortable beds. We needed a quiet place to stay for our sons golf tournament and this neighborhood was ideal. Beautiful view of the ocean was a bonus. Our only complaint isn’t really the owners fault. Our flight wasn’t until 7:30pm and the early checkout time of 10:00am made for a long day of killing time. We have rented many houses and this was right up there with the best. The pool was heated. The house was clean and well represented in the online photos. If I was going to get really picky they could use a better wine opener. The one they have works fine,I just don’t prefer that type. It was very clean with comfortable beds and newer bathrooms. The neighborhood is walkable and we saw several families out. My daughter loved the pool and even swam when it was cold and foggy! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and several sets of dishes. The grill was clean and easy to use. The house has a newer Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and a Starbucks within walking distance. Good access to the 101 and downtown SB. A lovely stay!
