The Casita boasts a stunningly beautiful interior with state-of-the-art appliances and a warmth that immediately makes you feel at home. Located in a sought-after neighborhood with little traffic during the day and almost non-existent noise at night, making it one of the more coveted downtown respites. This beautiful Casita was just built for your comfort with no details missed. It includes AC, a separate bedroom with 2 built-in closets, a washer and dryer, and a stunning kitchen and living room where you can cook your favorite meal, or relax with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Just blocks from State Street, you don't even need a car. Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens and Alameda Park are also close-by gems where you can take in the views, have a picnic, or relax under the gorgeous Magnolia trees. This home features a King-size bed with fine linens. The stacking slider doors off the kitchen open up to your private patio where you can enjoy the sea breeze, morning coffee, or your favorite evening beverage.
