You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi on the Mesa!

Enjoy our home located on the Mesa in Santa Barbara. We just rennovated to add a second bathroom to the master bedroom and added a washer/dryer, as well as added a wooded outdoor patio with a hot tub. Short walking distance from Shoreline Park in a good neighborhood. You will be able to quickly drive to the Mesa Shopping area or to lower state street in under 10 minutes. Santa Barbara is small so getting anywhere else in town would probably take around 10minutes to get to as well!  
  
Stairs are required to get into the house. We have tenants that also rent a studio that is located below the house.

We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens. Laundry room was very helpful and they have lots of amenities for a day at the beach if needed. Overall, we were very comfortable for a family of four. Cons: We selected this property to have some outdoor space in the backyard for our 3 and 5 year old and we couldn’t even eat nor sit in the backyard as there are vine grapes dropped and smashed into the ground everywhere. We tried to sweep and clean ourselves to no avail. The backyard hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and we were sad not to be able to use an entire feature of the house. The outdoor table was very dirty so we didn’t even touch it. The house needs an overall deep clean especially the kitchen appliances and some of the family room furniture could use an upgrade but it didn’t hinder our stay. You won’t be disappointed staying here!
