It's just off State so it's quiet, but close enough to walk to a few places. It's near the park and the theatre district and the neighborhood is quiet. The unit is small but has a large bed, a big enough fridge for a weekend stay, and all the basic amenities you would hope for, such as a coffee machine and tea kettle. It was a bit pricey, but I'd consider staying again because of the location and comfortable bed. ##### Alyssa R. We appreciated the quick response when we had an issue with our shower, and the offer to reimburse/gift back some of the fee. Its a short drive to downtown, walking distance from an IHOP, and in a really cute neighborhood that is great for walking around. We felt safe the whole time and were sad to leave. You also can't beat the price for the location. It is a little small, but for two people who enjoy each others company, its perfect! I am also not sure how the other units are, but we were in a room with a bathroom, king bed, and a space with a microwave, sink and fridge.
