The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 285 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! \## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. The room was minimalistic, which is fine with me. It was a small room, but that didn’t bother me. either. My biggest complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows were not either and no coffee in the room. It was nice having a little kitchenette. Casa Jardin is in a charming, safe neighborhood within walking distance to the Santa Barbara bowl. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If you bring snacks, there is a mini fridge, and a microwave, as well as coffee and tea supplies. We checked in quickly with our door code, and checkout was just as easy. The Zip stay staff sent reminder texts at checkin and checkout, as well as their phone number if needed. We enjoyed the clean shower after walking back from the concert, and had a good nights sleep in the quiet neighborhood. If you are ok with this new concept hotel this is a great way to save money. No lobby or people on property. No cleaning g service, but you get the perfect, clean weekend room. It’s great for anyone wanting to have a place to sleep, shower and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need. Except down pillows. Their pillows weren’t great and they did have anything else to offer. So if you are driving to the area, bring your own. Other than the pillows, it was a great stay! Much like Shakira's hips, the reviews did not lie. Checking in was easy. Checking out was easy. Parking was easy. Watching TV in the comfy bed with AC was easy. The dogs we brought rested easy. Casa Jardin is in a charming, safe neighborhood within walking distance to the Santa Barbara bowl. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If you bring snacks, there is a mini fridge, and a microwave, as well as coffee and tea supplies. We checked in quickly with our door code, and checkout was just as easy. The Zip stay staff sent reminder texts at checkin and checkout, as well as their phone number if needed. We enjoyed the clean shower after walking back from the concert, and had a good nights sleep in the quiet neighborhood. We left early the next morning and just had to send a text to let zip stay staff we had vacated the room. ##### Nina T. It's centrally located and just a few blocks from so many great attractions in Santa Barbara while still neslted in a beautiful neighborhood, giving you a home like feel. The rooms are brand new with all the features you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the bedding and enjoyed the brand new fixtures in the bathroom.
