While there is no designated parking for this studio, street parking in the neighborhood is generally accessible and plentiful. For your convenience, here are the parking restrictions: Bath Street: Unrestricted on weekends, except Wednesdays from 9 AM to Noon. Yanonali Street: Restricted only on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM for street cleaning. We also have other units in the building with their own reserved parking spaces. Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. I've stayed in a few units at the 201 Bath building and they've all been clean, quiet and consistent, which is what I'm looking for. What a wonderful place! I cannot say enough good things about this property- it was perfectly located two blocks from the harbor, extremely clean, beautifully updated, functional and well equipped space, very secure and safe building, lovely property, excellent value, well managed, quiet, parking within a block was not an issue even on the weekend… it was perfect. I had everything I needed. The walk to the beach and to State Street was easy. There was a small outdoor place to sit, but it was not inviting.
