Private Guest house close to Disneyland & Little Saigon Mall

It’s a detached private guest house. It’s a private neighborhood. This house has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. It also has wifi internet. There’s other two properties that I’m renting out on this location so make sure to always lock your door. It’s is gated and has surveillance cameras around the house just for safety reason. Please do no pick any fruits from the trees or plants . My mother in law spends a lot of times on them.

Short and Sweet

This little rental was bigger than I thought. It had just enough room for my family to lay their heads after an adventurous day. Kitchen did not have to many appliances but we made do.

Quiet One Bedroom Guest House

This guest house is as advertised. In a fairly quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Access was simple and problem free. The unit was clean and comfortable.Felt secure and safe.There is virtually no outside yard to speak of, however, it suited my purpose perfectly. A place to sleep and regroup after multiple long days in meetings at Anaheim Convention Center.Would definitely consider booking this guest house again.

Good place to stay, the place is small but cozy is not much place outside to stay, but if the purpose is goin to disney is perfect, is a nice neighborhood and everything I need was no more than 15 min away, just pay attention to the reservation, they charge 50 more per guest, not really sure how it works is not clear, besides that was very good.

Small place with everything you need. Kitchen was stocked enough to be useful. Safe neighborhood, and convent to everything from Disney/Anaheim Convention Center to the beach. We would stay again.

Despite being a guest house. It felt very private. Very conveniently located. Neighborhood felt very safe. The host responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

LIST of Complaints!

We were not happy at all with this rental. We personally would never even think about renting from this individual for the following reasons:1.) They only had three forks. One day was my husbands birthday and I invited my sister over for a birthday breakfast along with her husband and son. The owner was not home and only non-english speaking ladies were at the home next door. They refused to give me three more forks saying that is all we were allowed. We ate in shifts!2.) FILTHY floorboards in the bathroom-picture attached3.) The bathroom had a bidet, but it sprayed water everywhere. we just kept towels on the floor. The towels were also very old!4) The toilet in the bathroom where it was located next to the shower. If you are a heavy-set person, you would NOT be comfortable. 5.) We didn't have wifi for a day and a half. The owner argued that it was us. On the day that we left, I received a message that she had reset with the carrier. Great! We were no longer there.6) If you do not like family or children noise, don't rent. They had family time outside. For us, it was fine, but for others, they should know that the children play in earshot.
