"The staff was terrific. It is an old monastery from the 19th century that was made into a hotel property so some things about the room you have to accept. It was very European as a hotel, with modern amenities and good internet, quite courtyard. The breakfast 7-10 am was excellent. Location was great, very near restaurants, the water buses/water taxis and on the Grand Canal. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Excellent location right next to Rialto Mercato. Like almost all Venetian hotels, lacks an elevator so if stairs are an issue (even floor 1 is up a flight of stairs and its got 4 floors) suggest requesting a lower floor. Good breakfast. Friendly efficient service."
