The House is in a Middle Age Village, few kilometers from Assisi, Todi, Montefalco, Perugia, surrounded by green woods and waterfalls, along the Nera River.The apartment overlooks the large Entrance-hall of the House, and has been made out of the ancient store-rooms, whose characteristic structures have been turned into a new furnishing function, as the stone-basin where wine was produced, now converted in a comfortable and coloured divan. The apartment is furnished with old pieces and work instruments, but according to modern comfort and hospitality principles. It accomodates four/six persons, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting-room and a large living-room with a kitchen-corner. The apartment is equipped with TV, vacuum-cleaner, hoover and washing-machine and is provided with bed/ bath/table-linen. Prontamente ci ha trovato una soluzione alternativa in un B&B nel paese vicino e la ringraziamo tanto perchè si è fatta in quattro per sopperire all'inconveniente occorso, anche nei giorni successivi non ha mancato di chiamarci più volte per assicurarsi che tutto andasse bene. And well located for excursions in the beautiful Umbria. The owner gave us a warm welcome, so we immediately felt at home. The kitchen was stocked with fruit, wine and other delicacies. L' appartamento è al piano terra di un antico palazzo di un piccolo borgo antico. Ampio e comodo, noi eravamo in cinque, completo di tutto ( manca solo la lavastoviglie ma basta attrezzarsi con i piatti di plastica). La padrona di casa è una signora gentilissima, attenta e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo anche il pane fresco; arrivando nel pomeriggio ed essendo la vigilia di Pasqua la proprietaria ha pensato che avremmo avuto problemi nel trovarlo. Il borgo è facile da raggiungere e il parcheggio non è un problema. Posizione ottimale per visitare l'Umbria, anche i borghi più a nord perchè in macchina sono facili e veloci da raggiungere. Quello che rende comunque unico l'appartamento è veramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa: noi soggiorniamo sempre in case vacanze e raramente abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza ed una attenzione così discreta e sincera. Una cosa è certa: per il prossimo soggiorno in Umbria non dovremo più cercare un alloggio perchè sappiamo già dove alloggeremo. C'è veramente tutto...dal tosta pane al phon... Il borghetto è molto carino e la sua posizione è ottima perchè in 10 minuti si raggiunge Spoleto, ed in mezz'ora si possono raggiungere facilmente numerose località come Spello, Cascate delle Marmore, Visso... L'appartamento, ben descritto dalla proprietaria che ci ha accolto con cordialità, è caratteristico e funzionale. Il borgo è immerso nel verde e la sua posizione consente di raggiungere facilmente le altre località della Valnerina, sia a piedi (Abbazia Dei S.S. Nous nous y retrouvons à chaque fois avec le même plaisir, mais avec maintenant le sentiment de nous retrouver chez nous. Le Palazzo du 17° siècle, niché au cœur du village, est plein de charme. La décoration intérieure, qui allie les éléments modernes et les meubles rustiques anciens, y est à la fois simple et raffinée. Les appartements, celui du haut comme celui du bas, offrent beaucoup d’espace et le confort y est excellent. En haut, on dispose d’un joli petit balcon fleuri et les fenêtres ouvrent, par-dessus les toits du village, sur une magnifique vue de la campagne environnante. Une fois encore nous remercions Giovanna de nous avoir ouvert les portes de sa maison de famille avec tant d’amitié et tant de prévenance. La localisation est parfaite. On est à dix minutes en voiture de la délicieuse ville de Spoleto. Lieu d’un festival réputé mais qui a su garder toute son authenticité à l’écart du flot du tourisme moutonnier. Montefalco, Orvieto, Assise, Pérouse, hauts-lieux de la Renaissance italienne, sont tout proches. On y retrouvera certes la cohue des visiteurs, mais avec la perspective de regagner bien vite le havre de paix de Sant’Anatolia. Les amateurs de nature trouvent dans la montagne voisine des paysages sauvages, de magnifiques villages perchés, des ermitages perdus au fond de vallées étroites. Les adeptes des plaisirs de la table n’ont que l’embarras du choix : truffes en abondance, délicieuses charcuteries, bons vins. Alors que, dans la Toscane voisine, les villages les plus reculés drainent les touristes venus du monde entier, l’Ombrie, une région plus rude peut-être mais d’un caractère plus puissant et sans doute plus vrai, offre encore mille possibilités de découvertes loin des sentiers battus. On devrait chercher égoïstement à s’en garder le privilège ! Mais on ne peut s’empêcher de dire à ceux qui veulent découvrir d’autres visages de l’Italie que les destinations que commercialisent à outrance les agences de voyage : « Venez découvrir l’Ombrie. Et vous trouverez pas meilleur pied-à-terre pour le faire que le Palazzo Angeli Bufalini, à Sant’Anatolia. » ##### Claude R. Sicuramente uno dei B&B migliori cha abbia mai provato con la mia famiglia in una cornice medievale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno pasquale ancora più incantevole. La descrizione dell’appartamento è fedele alla realtà, molto comodo e silenzioso, ma vero valore aggiunto di questa dimora è la sua atmosfera medievale unita alla grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto come in famiglia. Siamo stato una settimana io mia moglie e i miei 4 figli e ci siamo trovati benissimo.La signora è stata gentilissima e sia l'appartamento che i servizi erano di buona qualità.Il paesino è piccolo ma molto bello e caratteristico con le case in sasso e le vie strette.L'appartamento è in un palazzo del 1600 molto ben ristrutturato e anche in 6 ci siamo trovati ottimamente.Posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze dell'umbria:Spoleto,Assisi,Perugia,cascate marmore.Molto bella anche Norcia con tutti i suoi sapori. é stata una vacanza bella e la consiglio anche ad altri. ##### andrea t. Le petit village de Sant'Anatolia di Narco est un petit bijou, très bien situé pour visiter cette superbe région qu'est la Ombrie, aux habitants si sympathiques. Ce fût 2 semaines de bonheur. Grande, pulita, ordinata, comoda e calda. In una posizione tranquilla con una bella vista sul paesaggio circostante. Attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve sia in cucina che nei bagni.Anche il caminetto era funzionante!In più la proprietaria,una persona molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto ciò che bisognava per la colazione!! "L'appartamento è grande e dotato di ogni comodità, oltre che pulitissimo e molto silenzioso. Sant'Anatolia di Narco è un piccolo borgo in Valnerina ma vicinissimo non solo a Spoleto ma anche a Spello, Trevi etc. Inoltre in paese ci sono alimentari, bar e trattoria: non manca davvero niente! La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto discreta e ci ha fornito tutto quello che poteva servire a un soggiorno perfetto." ##### Flavia D. Everything you need is in there. The view to the mountains is wonderful, and Giovanna is very kind. We hope to return one day. "L’appartement, situé dans d’anciens chais au rez-de-chaussée d’une vieille demeure familiale de Sant’Antolia – le Palazzo Bufalini – est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, il est vaste, confortable, parfaitement tenu et on y trouve tout l’équipement dont on peut avoir besoin – notamment pour la cuisine et la table. Des petites provisions de base y accueillent l’arrivant et, même, une magnifique corbeille de fruits. La fraîcheur y est remarquable, ce qui est particulièrement agréable durant les jours de grande chaleur. L’accueil que nous ont réservé Giovanna et Cosimo a été d’une exceptionnelle gentillesse, plein d’attentions et de prévenance tout au long du séjour. Leurs précieux conseils nous ont permis de profiter au mieux de la Valnerina, cette région si belle et originale d’Ombrie où l’on peut, tout à la fois, profiter d’une nature sauvage et de la proximité de villes d’art comme Spoleto, Pérouse, Assise, Spello et tant d’autres. "C'est avec plaisir que nous avons retrouvé le Palazzo Bufalini et sa charmante hôte toujours prête à nous aider et nous orienter dans notre séjour.Nous avons de nouveau apprécié le calme, l'agencement de la location et les paysages qui l'entourent.La région est toujours aussi magnifique (nous avons découvert Spello, Trevi et Gubbio cette année) et nous manque déjà....Nous avons hâte d'y retourner."
