Apartment just a short walk from the centre of Sant'Agnello, conveniently located for exploring the beauty of the Sorrento Peninsula, situated on the fifth floor of a building with an lift.
The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the spacious terrace, accessible from several rooms, furnished with a dining table, armchairs, sun loungers, an outdoor hot/cold shower, and a barbecue.
The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
A parking space in a garage in the immediate vicinity of the property is available upon request.
The space
The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a building with an lift, features spacious and bright rooms, enhanced by Vietri-style flooring. The living area consists of a living room with a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a dining table, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with all amenities, including an oven, a kettle, and an additional dining table.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
Two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—complete the layout.
The spacious terrace, accessible from several rooms, is furnished with a dining table, armchairs, and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower and a barbecue.

Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating, and air conditioning.

Service fees include cleaning of the entire property, bed linens, and bath towels.

In accordance with the law, upon check-in, guests will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement and pay the tourist tax, if applicable

Please note that, unlike a B&B, I cannot provide services (short-term tourist rental), for this reason, upon your arrival, you will be provided with the location of a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the house

La Marinella in Sant'Agnello is the town’s sandy beach, located just a few kilometres from Sorrento and only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
The beach features both an excellent beach club equipped with all amenities and a public beach area.
The shallow waters and the play area make it the ideal spot for families with children.
