"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"The room, kitchen and toilet were all clean and as advertised. The a/c and TV worked. Space for a couple and two young children. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers. Bar and food fine. Plenty of parking. It is c.800m from the busy beach area, but lovely and quiet at night."

"Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyone’s attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. I’m not sure why it isn’t heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. The morning yoga class was exceptional and was one of the highlights of the stay. Adding a few more activities like this throughout the day — wellness classes, fitness, or ot"

"Room clean. Common areas clean. Pool area needed a little hose down. Equipment in rooms was very sparse. Sporadic charges for pool towels ( 10 euro dep.) One euro charge for plastic pool cups when playing €5 for beer. All felt a bit unnecessary."

"Buffet was very amazing , had all the things to make your dietary needs met and open til 11 very helpful! Spa was a MUST !!!! Especially after a long day of activity. Very clean property , lots of shops, restaurants, beach and pools all walking distance , we will definitely be back!"

"Good - gym and spa were well equipped (plunge pool etc) - Outdoor pool area was nice - Food was pretty good - hotel recently refurb so looks nice and modern - staff all very pleasant, speaking great English and German. Bad - Room build quality was bit off, had to request fix of toilet seat, broken shower gel, clogged shower drain etc. but they did fix same day. - Steam room was offline - coffee pods not included in room, they give you two for first day them won't refill, you can buy from reception for €1 but was inconvenient as no one told you, and a bit cheap. - air con only really cools at night, it struggles in day. - Rooms need recycling bins - rooms light switches don't have single switch as you leave room, you have to wander around turning off individually. - No drinking water taps available. - Outdoor Pool shutting at 6pm is a bit early. - Wild chickens roaming outdoor area slightly off putting. - Grounds around hotel blocks could have grass, they look bit industrial. - parking runs out of spaces. - not sure how secure pool area is, anyone could walk in and use as no wrist bands and multiple access points from road."

"The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay."
