It’s the best antidote to the nightlife of Ibiza that you will see laid out before you from this hilltop villa. While this Ibiza villa is located on a hillside, at the bottom of the hill – a pretty drive down a country camino – leads you to the edge of Sa Carocca, just outside Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town. Triangular pool The outside spaces and pool area of Villa Bella Vista are tranquil and relaxing. It has the same stunning vistas to enjoy from your sun lounger or from the gorgeous triangular pool. There is a covered terrace for outside dining, various seating areas, and a brick-built barbeque. The inside of the villa is a comfortable and relaxing space with stylish Mediterranean influences. Ample parking Entrance to the villa is via large iron gates with a driveway leading up to a parking area. There is room for two or three cars, and we do recommend you hire a car, as due to the stunning location of Bella Vista, the price you pay is that you cannot walk to any amenities. Four poster bed The entrance to the villa leads into a tiled hallway with a double bedroom with four poster bed to your left. The hallway leads round to a further double bedroom and an independent bathroom. From the hallway, you enter the comfortable living and dining area. There is an adjoining kitchen, which is well-equipped with all the normal appliances including a dishwasher. Living area From the living area, a pretty tiled staircase leads you up to the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus an independent shower room. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace looking out across the country hillsides of Ibiza. A few more stairs lead to the upper first floor where there is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fantastic double aspect floor to ceiling windows. It has floor length, heat-reflective curtains for coolness and privacy. Private bedroom terrace – incredible views This bedroom has its own terrace, offering fabulous views across the island to Ibiza Town and the sea. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. On this floor there is also a wonderful second double-aspect sitting room and sun terrace with the same incredible views across the south-west coast of Ibiza. From this level at Villa Bella Vista, you really feel like you’re on top of the world! Please note. from November to March this villa will only have 4 bedrooms available sleeping 8 people. The lower twin bedroom will be locked . Extrêmement déçus et en colère: les photos de l’annonce ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Tout le mobilier extérieur (parasols, chaises, table, transats etc…) ainsi qu’une grande partie du mobilier interieur (canapés, lits, fauteuils, plantes…) étaient différents et remplacés par des produits bas de gamme en plastique et peu confortables. Clairement il y a eu une séance photo avec « home stagging » pour l’annonce et tout a disparu ensuite. C’est scandaleux et à la limite de la légalité car mensonger et frauduleux. Le ménage n’était même pas correctement effectué et ma compagne s’est coupée le pied en marchant sur un morceau de verre dans le salon! Nous allons monter un dossier pour exiger un remboursement ou un geste commercial fort sur le prix de la location qui n’est pas conforme à la réalité et à toutes les caractéristiques d’une arnaque. Je précise que sur place, nous avons détaillé au moment du check-in tous ces éléments un par un avec la personne de l’agence qui a reconnu qu’il y avait effectivement un gros souci. Je ne mentionne même pas l’odeur très forte de renfermé à l’arrivée, le manque d’ustensiles en cuisine (machine à café Nespresso mentionnée sur l’annonce mais absente, passoire, lave vaiselle défectueux etc etc…). Scandaleux de payer près de 7,500€ la semaine pour ce type de prestation! Nous attendons un retour de votre part le plus rapidement possible.
