Lounge Area

A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for relaxing in style. Patio doors lead directly to the pool and garden, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.



Kitchen

Fully equipped for a comfortable stay with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet, and more—ideal for both quick snacks and family meals.



Utility Room

Conveniently fitted with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge/freezer.



Bedrooms

Four of the five bedrooms open onto a charming hacienda-style courtyard with a tranquil water feature.



• Master Suite: Features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and patio doors to a private terrace. The en-suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, jacuzzi bath, and separate shower.

• Bedrooms 2 & 3: Both are double rooms with built-in wardrobes, TVs, and patio doors opening onto a terrace.

• Bedroom 4: A twin room with built-in wardrobes, Smart TV, and access to a private terrace.

• Bedroom 5: A cozy double room with built-in wardrobes.



Bathrooms

The villa includes four modern bath/shower rooms. The master suite boasts the largest, while two additional bathrooms are conveniently located near the other bedrooms. A separate outdoor shower and toilet are also available for poolside use.



Accessibility

With no steps inside the property, Villa Evie is family-friendly and well-suited for guests with limited mobility. In fact, it has previously welcomed wheelchair users.

An outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, and shaded dining space provide the ideal setting for relaxed al fresco meals with family and friends. Multiple terraces and cozy seating areas surround the house, offering both sun-drenched spots and cool shaded corners throughout the day.



Children will love the enclosed play area, complete with a swing, slide, and climbing frame, giving them their own safe space to enjoy.



The beautifully maintained gardens are dotted with palm, olive, and a variety of fruit trees, creating a lush and serene environment. Ample private parking is available for several vehicles.



Set entirely on one level, Villa Evie is particularly well-suited for families with young children, and ideal for guests who appreciate easy accessibility.

A 15-minute walk takes you to the charming, traditional Spanish café-bar Can Ramonet, a local favourite for coffee, cold beers, and authentic tapas or affordable set menus. For fine dining, the renowned Sa Capella—one of Ibiza’s top restaurants—is just 5 minutes away by car.
