The property is set in a fenced plot of 120,000 m2 with unparalleled views of the sea and the west coast of the island. The property spreads over one level and has direct access to the small bay of Cala Corral via a staircase. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Inside the villa has a large living and dining area with plasma TV (TDT), access to the pool terrace with outstanding sea views. The dining room can sit 10 people. Then we have a very well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, juicer, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, and a laundry with washer and dryer. The villa has 5 bedrooms in total all on the ground floor: Room 1 Suite with sea view, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning, TV. Room 2 with direct access to the terrace, sea view, en suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV. Room 3 with direct access to the terrace, sea view, en suite bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV. Room 4 with direct access to the terrace, sea view, bathroom ensuite, shower. Rental rules: Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights from the end of May to the end of September.
