"Excellent location and close to the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a great sea view. Sound proofing was poor and could hear noise/wardrobes being opened and closed next door."

"Overall, we had a nice stay at Jet Apartments in Ibiza. We traveled with our kids who are in their 20s, which seemed to fit well with the overall age range and atmosphere of the hotel on the weekend. The hotel is definitely not quiet, but that was expected for the location and vibe, so it didn’t bother us. There is a nearby club, so if you are a light sleeper, be aware that you will hear music until around 6 a.m. The location was very convenient with lots of nearby places to eat, easy access to taxis for exploring other areas of the island, and a beautiful beach/water view from our balcony. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but they still had daily entertainment and the poolside bar running despite the weather. If you are planning to go to Hï Ibiza, the location is fantastic — literally walking distance. We also appreciated the luggage storage with our early arrival and late departure, and it was a nice bonus that we were able to check in several hours early since our room was ready. Overall, it was a fun and convenient place to stay in Ibiza."

"All staff were amazing, from reception to the restaurant to the pool area. Breakfast was first class, Rooms very modern and nice view. Rooftop pool bar had breathtaking views and many sunbeds. The two main pools had waiter service and a DJ from 2pm daily.The gym had views over the sea. An excellent all round hotel. I would highly recommend."

"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool."
