The villa is located in a quiet residencial area and is only ten minutes by foot from Portinatx beach where you have your pick of local restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, boat rentals, glass bottom boat rides and shops among many other features. The is space for outdoor relaxation. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high speed wifi.
