Very Cozy Traditional House
Traditional Ibizan house built in 2000. Located in a well-connected area surrounded by nature, it offers stunning views of the countryside and mountains. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Enjoy a private pool and garden—perfect for families with or without children. The house is close to excellent beaches.
The property is maintained by the owners, who live in the neighboring house. You will have complete privacy during your stay.
Services and shared areas:
You have full access to all areas of the house. Guests also have exclusive access to the pool, sun terrace, lawn, and chill-out area. The owners reserve exclusive use of a section of land in front of their home, which is clearly marked.
For stays longer than 7 days, a change of bed linens and towels is included, as well as a light general cleaning of the house.
