"The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure."

"Rooms were clean, but very very dated. We originally booked four singles but was given a double and two singles on entering the room, as we arrived late we couldn’t be bothered to question it. Air con was not strong enough for the rooms. Fridge was not cold at all so unable to keep food in there to keep or cold drinks in the heat. "

"End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!"
