It has 3 bedrooms, very spacious living room of 45 m2 with access to a large porch, kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, ...) with access to patio with barbecue, 2 large bathrooms (one with corner bath). It also has air conditioning in the living room and free WIFI connection. Large house, exceptional equipment and ideal location. All the ingredients for a fantastic stay. All tenants are provided with a detailed plan apartment location and date to the date of arrival tourist information.

Fantastic location
Lovely house in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from beach, town and bus station, with a supermarket on the next corner and a local bus stop right outside. All rooms are like in the photos, there is ample space and the house/ kitchen is well equipped. There is no air-con, but we did not much feel the heat, despite it being constantly around 35C outside. Unfortunately the wifi was a bit intermittent (not so good for my teenagers). Overall a fantastic space in a great location.

Enjoyable stay over Christmas and New Year period
I booked a stay here for 4 weeks from mid December until mid January. On the first day was met by the house manager and received a very warm welcome.. The house matches the description in the picture. Large, clean and all that you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of shops, restaurants and places to visit within walking distance, including the beach and main town square. Bus station nearby to visit other parts of Andalucía. I stayed with my sister and brother in law and we all three enjoyed staying at the apartment because of the above points. Because it was mid winter the temperature was not as warm as the majority of the year, but there were sufficient heaters to make the apartment comfortably warm. The only negative point was, having all the heaters on and cooking in the large kitchen at the same time, occasionally tripped the electrical fuses. This wasn't a major problem and we were able to work around it. Also as the weather in Sanlucar the majority of the year is very hot, you wouldn't need both heaters and cooker. It was good to have free WIFI. This was my third long term stay in Sanlucar and I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Thank you to Sandra and Beatriz
