The room was so nice, clean and big. But, the picture of hotels.com is totally not true. The pictures looks like this apartment has it, however, actually this apartment is quite far from main building that they don't have any spa, swimming pool or any staffs at there. The apartment is quite old, there is no elevator that if you have many baggage... you might be scured up. Also, I couldn't find any heating control that the room was so cold, but even I couldn't find any phone for connecting many building's reception. Picturesque hotel in one of the great beauty spots of the world. We were originally given an efficiency apartment in a separate building a ten minute walk from the hotel, but when we found it did not suit us, we spoke with the front desk and we got exactly what we wanted: a room with a lake view in the main building with breakfast and access to the spa facility.
