Spanish Cay F7 features a completely updated, contemporary design. There isn't another unit like it in the complex. Even the TV's are art work. Open gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals while you're in paradise. All appliances updated to reflect the high end feel throughout. An organic king sized bed with full bathroom and additional lanai for extra space. Spanish Cay features a heated pool and beach access across Middle Gulf Drive. Our condo includes high speed wireless internet, beach equipment including beach towels as well. Please note that the property does have a nest thermostat and Samsung Smart TV's. \*\*There's a 30 day minimum stay required\*\*
