Everything you need in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Sanibel Island, Breakers West Unit B-4\. Private screened and covered patio with view of tropical garden. Just steps to the pool or to the world famous Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico. World-class shelling in Sanibel beach, amazing sunsets; drive, bike or walk only 2 miles to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping nearby. Paved paths encircle the island for biking, running, walking. Low-key, relaxed island atmosphere. The condo is located on the second floor, and the outdoor hallway leading to it is covered. Condo has view of tropical garden and pool from its private screened patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 150 yards away, the pool is in the garden area immediately adjacent to the building. Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island. Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a queen size, fold-out sofa. Private screened-in, covered patio includes table and chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view. Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer within unit. Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper are provided - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity (multiple stores are nearby). Our coffee maker is a drip type, Mr. Coffee style. Guests have access to the Gulf of Mexico beach, and we provide two back-pack style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Guests also have access to the condo Association’s heated and cooled pool, pool chairs, barbecue grills, and rooftop deck. Within our condo unit we also provide wi-fi and television service, clothes washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one passenger vehicle parking space on site that is designated for your use, at no extra charge. No trailer, RV, or second vehicle parking space is available. On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns. Sanibel Island features tightly controlled, low-key development with multiple nature preserves, no high rises, dark at night. No smoking allowed indoors, on our patio, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. This was our 5th visit to Sanibel, and this property is our new favorite. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of all the extras you need for the beach, pool, and condo. Beautiful pool, 30 seconds from the beach, and a short drive to all our favorite restaurants and shops. Very clean, and easy door entry with code. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach towel cooler to take to beach beach chairs. The screened porch was great and full kitchen made it easy to stay in if you wanted. Washer and dryer are very handy, all seating was comfortable.Beach location was ideal, most days we had it to ourselves and the shelling is fabulous. We choose to bike to breakfast everyday which was easy as everything is close. The complex felt safe and in general was well taken care of, also there is a pool. Great amenities and the location is fabulous! Very spacious, our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 tweens/teens) had plenty of room. This unit has a very nice private screened patio as well with a side gulf view, which we didn't expect (lucky us!). A nice selection of games, puzzles, books, and beach gear was provided. The manager of B4, Dennis, was tops ! He communicated with us promptly and attempted to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed unit B4 at Breakers West. There are beach chairs and towels and beach / pool items to use. That was a plus. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. They were extra bath towels and linens for our use. We also appreciated the extra chairs for the dining room table - as we hosted a few meals with extended family who were also trying nearby and some who are local to this area. Beach access is easy. The property is a bit dated but still very nice and well supplied. The beds are comfortable too. There is a nice heated pool right outside your balcony as well.
