The place was fully remodeled and has an amazing view. Heated pool was nice as the temperatures fell. Unit was well stocked for daily living and a day at the beach. I only noticed when I checked to see if the second payment had been charged to my credit card. Very unprofessional.SBL did find us an alternative condo (2 bedroom vs. the original 3 bedroom). Ann at at SBL was very helpful. When I spoke with Rob (owner of SBL), he said that he would provide a gift card as compensation for our troubles, but none was provided. As far as Loggerhead Cay 174 is concerned, the condo was very clean with new flooring. The guest shower only provided a trickle of water and could not be used.
