Ann at at SBL was very helpful. When I spoke with Rob (owner of SBL), he said that he would provide a gift card as compensation for our troubles, but none was provided. As far as Loggerhead Cay 174 is concerned, the condo was very clean with new flooring. The guest shower only provided a trickle of water and could not be used.
