Lighthouse Point A311 is a gulf view, third floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the eastern tip of the island, where the gulf meets the bay and has memorable Gulf views. Lighthouse Point offers two tennis courts and a heated pool. A short walk away is the historic lighthouse, shops, restaurant, lighthouse beach, and fishing pier. It was clean, exactly as described, and spacious. Several maintenance issues , leaking faucets, broken drains etc. the worst was the smell. The rubber underneath the throw rugs is deteriorating so the living room smelled terrible. House hasn’t been cleaned in years. The water dispenser on the fridge was full, I mean full of mold. Disgusting. The rugs haven’t been cleaned in years and we’re matted, grime on light switches, cabinet knobs, faucet handles, doors, baseboards. Eh. Bed linens were not as pictured in the listing, no extra sheets, tile floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Truly disappointed. After 15 years renting on sanibel, this was the first issue we’ve ever had. Will not rent here again. ##### Ann c.
