Spacious, bright updated two two-bedroom two two-bathroom Gulf front condo! This bright and clean condo at Pointe Santo has everything you need for a spectacular beach vacation. Walk into the large fully equipped; eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful cabinets, ample counter space, and a small table make this kitchen perfect for creating amazing meals. The open dining area with its coastal décor has seating for 6\. The dining room opens up to the relaxing living room with a comfortable couch and two chairs. All set for you to relax and watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing tropical grounds. Dine alfresco while enjoying the ocean breeze and views on the screened lanai. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bathroom features a large closet, ample counter space, and a shower. Your guests or family will be very comfortable in the large guest room with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. Everything you need for the perfect vacation.  
  
Pointe Santo is a beach/Gulf front condo complex with spacious tropical grounds including bridges and lagoons. Located on the West Gulf, enjoy the white sandy beach, sunsets, and great shelling. Rent a bicycle and cross the street to take the bike path all over the island. Central to shopping, restaurants, wildlife preserves, and Bailey’s grocery store. The perfect spot to enjoy all Sanibel and Captiva Island offers.

#### Love Sanibel - accommodations just Ok

Did not receive check in instructions until I called and Asked for them on day of arrival. They said it had been emailed to check my spam, but it was not in spam either . Poor communication regarding parking . Pulled in signs everywhere that you had to have a parking pass, office closed. Emailed and got a quick response parking pass in room. This should be communicated prior to arrival. Overall room was clean but shower heads were disgusting 🤮 one was so nasty it didn’t even work . They did call to check if everything ok and offered to come replace but who wants to have to meet a maintenance man while your on vacation. Not me!! Just used other shower but it wasn’t much better. Hopefully they fix it before next guest arrives . Room smelled old and musty. Nothing some Frebreeze and a nice candle couldn’t fix but still, for the cost of this room you should be “wowed” when you walk in!! The grounds were ok but could use some sprucing up . Pressure wash the stairs, fix the screens on the windows and doors . Pics are very deceiving. This room was way overpriced for what you get.
