About this property

Home Away from Home with Gulf Access and Heated Pool

  • Welcome to our Cape Coral vacation rental, Alcedonia (Latin for tranquility) . The home sits waterfront on the serene canals of Cape Coral. The home sleeps six with three bedrooms and two full baths. A Sleep sofa is also available, for extra guests.

    The spacious and airy living/family room has a 46” flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The family room opens to the patio where you can enjoy swimming in our heated pool or cook on the gas grill and dine in the comfortable, screened in lanai.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, and all the utensils you will need. The dining room, which is adjacent to the kitchen, has seating for 6.

    The master bedroom boasts a private bath and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have 32” LCD tv’s with built in DVD players and cable television.

    Free WI-FI Internet access is available throughout the home.

    The backyard has a private dock and many local boat rental companies offer multiday rentals where you can keep the boat at the house. In the garage you will find bicycles and we plan to add more amenities in the near future.
