This was our first stay in building 9 and found it to be very conveniently located close to the beach, pool, and grills. The check in/check out process was very easy. We had a minor issue with our tub drain and maintenance immediately came to the condo and fixed it. We were so grateful to everyone for working so hard to recover from Ian so that we could return. The grounds and surrounding area were beautiful. Great access to the beach. Room was not as clean as it could be. Kitchen was missing some things needed (spatula, whisk, working toaster, etc.). Our family did enjoy everything though. Staff was responsive but a little stand offish.
