  • Beach side four bedrooms, three bathroom home available for weekly rentals. This charming older house is like a step back in time to Old Sanibel. This bungalow was one of the first homes built on Sanibel and was a Sears and Roebuck kit home. This home has older finishes throughout including original bathrooms. Walk into the large living-room with flat screen TV, double glass doors and comfortable couches. The dining room has seating for six and is open to the spacious kitchen. The large kitchen has everything you need to create a great meal. Relax on the back porch under the Australian pines. The first guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Relax in the large master suite features a king bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has ample closets and enclosed shower. The upstairs has three small bedrooms, two with queen bed and one with twin beds and a small bathroom with a shower. If you are looking for a weekly house, beach side with historical charm and older finishes this is the home for you!

    Listen to the waves break, walk the shell lined beach, play a game of tennis, relax on the top deck and watch world renowned sunsets. A true Sanibel Island beach vacation!

    This is a no smoking complex. No smoking allowed on lanais, in the units or on the grounds.

    The Sandy Bend complex has eight two bedroom/ two bathroom condos, a four bedroom cottage, a building elevator and tennis courts.

    Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
